The graduate degree program (MS) in speech-language pathology provides students with the academic and clinical experiences required for clinical certification/licensure and practice in a wide variety of settings with a range of clients. Clinical training takes place in the U of A Speech and Hearing Clinic as well as in numerous educational and clinical sites in the area. The master's degree program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The MS degree requires five consecutive semesters (slightly less than 2 years) of full-time study to complete.
